Why are our pies so good? For starters we make our own all butter pastry. We use the softest of flours to produce a tender flaky texture with rich buttery tones.

The all important pastry to filling ratio means there's more filling with interesting notes.

I have travelled the world as a chef and this has culminated in a festival of flavours for you to enjoy.

The Piemonger is a culmination of spending the last 30 years cooking for a living and traveling around the globe. All the unique flavours and techniques I have learnt over this time come together to create a product that's made by hand, in small batches, with quality ingredients and a whole lot of love.
